Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting a program on Companion Planting in partnership with Yavapai County Master Gardeners on Thursday, May 9th, 2024, from 5:30 to 6:45 pm. We are excited to welcome you to this class, where we will learn about the benefits of companion planting in your garden.

  • Does companion planting work?
  • Classic examples
  • Learn how insects can work for YOU!
  • Trap cropping, intercropping, maximizing yield
  • How to integrate the practice into your garden

 

Presenter: Laurin Pause

 

Laurin became a Master Gardener in 2019 and has served as the Speakers Bureau Chair for the past two years. She is an avid backyard gardener, applying the information gained to all aspects of caring for her yard and that of her community and promoting good stewardship of our environment. 

This is an in-person presentation.
